General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1) Subject matter and application of the GTC

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between FashTec GmbH and the B2B customer, as licensee. They are part of every licence agreement concluded between the licensor and the licensee. Subsidiary agreements, assurances or amendments to these GTC must be made in writing.

1.2 The separately listed additional information regarding Safety instructions, as well as the explanations on the Data protection and the legal notice form an integral part of these GTC.

1.3 Further information for B2C customers and our customers End products are available on our brand page "7OceanTies".

2.) Delivery

Delivery is made out of Switzerland unless otherwise agreed. The goods are duly declared for customs.

3) Payment

According to a separately agreed licence agreement.

4) Data protection

4.1 The data necessary for the business transaction will be stored and passed on to the logistics company commissioned with the delivery as part of the contract processing. The data will be used exclusively for customer care within FashTec GmbH.

4.2 Order-related and other correspondence by FashTec GmbH shall be sent electronically. Express reference is made to the security risks involved in data transmission by e-mail, which are not under the control of FashTec GmbH, such as virus transmission, damage to data, loss of data or access by third parties. With the order, the licensee allows FashTec GmbH to transmit documents electronically.

4.3 With the order, the Licensee allows customer satisfaction surveys to be obtained by e-mail. He agrees in advance that he may be sent corresponding e-mails.

4.4 For the rest, we refer to the applicable data protection guidelines in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union (EU) of 25 May 2018 on our website.

5) Jurisdiction

All obligations are subject to Swiss law. The place of performance and exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
